Terms and Conditions
- The Organisers of the Competition are Hi-Q Automotive (PTY) Ltd. and Goodyear South Africa.
- The Competition runs from the 11th of December to the 31st of December 2017.
- The Competition is only valid in South Africa.
- To be eligible to win 1 of 5 Bluetooth speakers, entrants need to motivate in the comments why they should win and get their friends to like it before the 31 December 2017. Please note the prize may differ from visuals shown in communication.
- The winner’s draw will take place on the 10 of January 2018, and the prizes will be sent to each winner on the week of the 15th-19th January 2018.
- In the event of a dispute in respect to the Competition, Hi-Q and Goodyear’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Organisers reserve the right to amend the competition rules in its sole discretion should this be considered appropriate, before the Competition ends and any such amendment(s) shall be posted on the Organisers’ website.
- The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, suspend or terminate this Competition, without notice at any time and the Organisers shall not be liable for any claims arising from such cancellation, suspension or termination.
- By taking part in the Competition, the entrant acknowledges his/her understanding of, and agrees to comply with, the Competition Terms and Conditions set out above.
