The Hi-Q Year-End Promotion will run from the start of business on 07 December 2019 until close of business on 05 January 2020 or while stock lasts. No entries before the start date of the promotion or after the end date of the promotion will be accepted.
The promotion is open to all South African citizens or permanent residents who are over 18 years old.
To enter, a customer is required to make a purchase by way of a single transaction at any Hi-Q franchisee countrywide, dial the USSD number *134*20013# and complete the steps required.
Competition entry is free of charge.
The maximum entries per person is five.
Daily winners will be published once a week on the Hi-Q Facebook page on the following dates: 13 December ’19; 20 December ’19; 27 December ’19; 3 January ‘20 and 7 January ’20.
After the end of the promotion, the names of all winners will be published on the Hi-Q website.
Hi-Q’s decision is final in the event that any dispute arises with regard to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa and should any of the promotional rules be deemed void or unenforceable, then that rule will be deemed to be deleted and the remaining rules will remain in force.
Hi-Q reserves the right to amend the promotion rules in their reasonable discretion should they consider this appropriate, before the promotion closes, and any such amendment(s) shall be posted on the Hi-Q website www.hiq.co.za
The competition is not open to any employee of Hi-Q, or any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies/associates/suppliers/service providers agencies or their employees.
The winning prize is the refund of the total single purchase amount as indicated on the winner’s verified invoice.
The prize will be paid into the winner’s bank account. Hi-Q will not be held responsible or liable for any banking malfunction, incorrect banking details being provided by a customer or bank charges.
Winners will be decided by means of a lucky draw during the promotional period.
Winners will be notified telephonically during the promotional period. If a winner can not be contacted within 24 hours he/she will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be drawn.
There will be a total of 30 winners.
Each winner will need to produce an invoice as proof of purchase if necessary.
No purchase refunds/returns will be provided to a customer after he/she has won back their full purchase. If a customer wishes to return any of the items on the winning invoice, he/she will forfeit their prize.
By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Hi-Q may require.
By taking part in this competition, each entrant acknowledges his/her understanding of and agrees to comply with each of the terms and conditions set out above for this promotion.
