- The Organisers of the Competition are Hi-Q Automotive (PTY) Ltd. and Goodyear South Africa.
- The Competition runs from the 20th November to the 24th of November 2018.
- The Competition is only valid in South Africa.
- To be eligible to stand a chance to win 1 of 5 Bluetooth speakers, entrants need to comment on the post stating where they will use the prize before the 24 November 2018.
- Please note the prize may differ from visuals shown in communication.
- The winner’s draw will take place on the 3rd of December 2018, and the prizes will be sent to each winner on the week of the 10th-14th December 2018.
- In the event of a dispute in respect to the Competition, Hi-Q and Goodyear’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Organisers reserve the right to amend the competition rules in its sole discretion should this be considered appropriate, before the Competition ends and any such amendment(s) shall be posted on the Organisers’ website.
- The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, suspend or terminate this Competition, without notice at any time and the Organisers shall not be liable for any claims arising from such cancellation, suspension or termination.
- By taking part in the Competition, the entrant acknowledges his/her understanding of, and agrees to comply with, the Competition Terms and Conditions set out above.
